Take Advantage of Edgewater Park Before Night Ride!
Cleveland Metroparks kicked off their summer music event, Edgewater Live, this past Thursday (6/12) and showed us why we should be really excited about the upcoming NEOCycle Night Ride. With a new band every week, a variety of Cleveland’s own food trucks, and a cash bar serving adult beverages, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t check out this great series of weekly concerts!
Cleveland’s Breakfast Club, an ‘80s tribute band, kicked off the concert series and Charlie in the Box will take the stage next on the 19th for the second concert of the series. Check out the entire calendar of events and food truck schedule here. All of the concerts are free and Edgewater Live gives you a chance to unwind every Thursday while taking in some local music and some fantastic views of Cleveland’s skyline.
Edgewater Park also presented a more family-friendly concert, On the Edge, this past Saturday (6/14) which featured an assortment of different music styles – ranging from acoustic to reggae. The event provided a whopping six hours of music and besides the music, Cleveland food trucks were also on site ready to feed hungry concert-goers.
The NEOCycle’s Night Ride will take off from the The Hub at Edgewater Park and riders will get to take in Cleveland’s skyline at sunset as they bike along the shore of Lake Erie. The looping route will take riders back to Edgewater Park, where the party will keep on going! But for those of you who want to get a head start and scope out the terrain, be sure to head over to Edgewater Live any Thursday this summer for a great concert at an even better venue.
