Monica Gustin is the Business Development Coordinator for the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission. Her main responsibilities include identifying, evaluating and attracting sporting events to be hosted in Northeast Ohio.
Prior to her current role, Monica served as the GCSC Business Development intern. During that time, she assisted in submitting several bids for future events in the Cleveland area. Due to her success during her internship journey, she was asked to join the full-time staff in a new position.
Monica attended Baldwin-Wallace College where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration. While at BW she was active in athletics, campus clubs and studied abroad with the Global Sports Industry program to Dublin, Ireland and London, England.
Originally from the Columbus area, Monica now lives in Ohio City. She enjoys exploring new places, listening to music, being environmentally friendly and spending time with family
